Rules Committee
Prepares the rules for the conduct of all meetings of the Party’s County Executive Committee.

Primary Committee
Carries out functions provided by the laws of the State of Texas relating to the administration of the Party’s Primary and makes recommendations to the CEC regarding proposed changes to the Election Code.

Finance Committee
Is responsible for raising the funds needed to finance the budget adopted by the CEC and any special projects performed on behalf of the HCDP.

Resolutions Committee
Studies resolutions to be offered to the CEC to be offered to the CEC and makes recommendations concerning whether or not they should be adopted by the HCDP.

Reviews the books and records and accounts of the HCDP and reports to the CEC on such review.
