Mission:
The mission of the HCDP Committee on Positioning and Message Development is to develop a clear and concise articulation of what Democrats stand for, as differentiated from and contrasted with what Republicans claim to be their guiding principles, in order to facilitate public understanding and recall of the key differences between the respective parties and their core values; to develop plans for disseminating that message and information throughout the community, including among Democratic activists, clubs, organizations, and voters; and to assist in the implementation and execution of a strategy to accomplish same.
