The Harris County Democratic Party is seeking interns for the 2012 Spring Semester.
Selected interns will receive a $700 scholarship to participate in a national online education course at New Organizing University that will include web-based training in campaign leadership, online data, and digital strategy as well as a certificate of completion that can be used for career development.
Interested candidates will need to file an application and schedule an on-site interview. Faculty recommendations are welcomed and encouraged.
Internship requirements:
- 3 hours of on-line course work a week
- 12 hours of project work a week
