2010 Coordinated Campaign Kickoff a Huge Success!

The Harris County Democratic Party would like to thank everyone who attended last Thursday evening’s Campaign Kickoff Event with Paul Begala. Over 400 Democrats gathered to hear noted political strategist and former Senior Advisor to President Bill Clinton, Paul Begala, who is very enthusiastic about the changing Democratic tide in Harris County.

Paul spent the evening mixing with supporters, even running into his 6th grade social studies teacher, before taking the stage to give a rousing speech about the change coming to Texas. He noted that our Democratic candidate for Governor, Bill White, is not only on the Washington radar, but has the best chance since Ann Richards in 1990 to take back the Governor’s mansion in November.
